Despite the fact that the hotel was being renovated, the desk clerk accommodated us in a lovely room that had been finished and she offered to store our luggage for the day on our lost day. The new sound proof windows eliminated most noise and we slept well. The new design is pleasing and warm, and the location in the heart of the Latin Quarter couldn't be better.
The rooms are small but it's what you would expect in a classic left bank hotel.
We have stayed at this hotel before and find it good value and in an excellent location to rer from Charles de Gaul a/p (30 metres from station). It has just been renovated so is in good condition. It is close to many restaurants in the left bank area but well insulated from noise.
The size of rooms are "cosy" but typical of other similar hotels in Paris that we have stayed at.

The room is tiny but the location is perfect, very easy to reach the interests and just next to the metro!
The location of the hotel was very perfect. It was right on boulevard de saint michel and just a five minutes walk from Notre Dame. There were nice shopping just outside the hotel and meny traditional french restaurants with delicious food. The room was very nice, with two big windows overlooking the city. It had also a nice decor. We had a wonderfull vacation in Paris an everything about the hotel worked fine.
Even though it was nice that the hotel had a very central location it can be bothering that there was always quite much noise from the street. You could not leave the windows open for a long time because of the noise.
Great location near the Quartier Latin and Place de Saint Michel. It is also very near from Saint Michel metro and railway station with connection to the airport. The hotel is within a walking distance of Notre Dame, the Louvre and Musee D'Orsay.
good designed room, clean, good location
Its location with metro entrance across the street and many restaurants and shops close by.
The noise from the traffic outside especially at night and early morning. The double glazed windows did not keep it out and did not help our sleep.
Fabulous location, very good value for the price and staff are very lovely, most accommodating and friendly.
The location was excellent. Access to restaurants and shops excellent. There is a supermarket Monoprix opposite the park accross the road for good value items. RER and Metro could not be closer.
Hotel access and reception up one floor. Breakfast area small, eating out is a better option or buy food in the Monoprix.
I like everything about this hotel, in fact, the best hotel out of all the hotels i stay in Europe.The price is reasonable, with very clean room, beautiful furniture, comfortable bed, with balcony, best of all, the heater and towel dryer in the toilet are very good. Bright, clean, comfortable toilet with bathtub. So cozy I love it. There are also alot of nice, affordable restaurants around. Walking distance to all attractions.
Location is the only good thing about this hotel
We paid like 150eur per night for a tiny room of maybe 12 sq.m. The bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom was not bad however. In 4 nights that we stayed we had only one change of the towels, no one bothered to clean the carpets and to take away the rubbish that we left. The only thing I'd recommend to chose this hotel is the location that is perfect, for the rest - it's no value for the money you have to pay

The bed was too soft and a little too small (even for a Brit!)
The location was excellent we were able to walk everywhere, the underground train was just downstairs not that we used it as you walk to all tourist sites. Access to restaurants is unbeliveable they are everywhere and a range of prices.
Room tiny however you are only there to sleep once you unpack all is OK.
Great location, close to metro, easy walking distance to many sights, loved our balcony. Comfortable and well-decorated room. Free internet access on computer in lobby. Helpful staff.
Tiny room, but that is to be expected in Paris and was not a problem for us.
